Ownership, not tickets

You own a surface end to end — design, ship, monitor, and answer for it when it breaks.

Hiring process

  1. Intro call — 30 minutes, no take-home yet
  2. Technical deep dive on work you have already shipped — 60 minutes
  3. Paid work trial, scoped to about eight hours
  4. Team conversation and offer, usually within ten days of the intro call
