Disclosures

Where our incentives sit, who pays whom, and what we are not. Last updated 28 July 2026.

Regulatory status

Loaf Labs is a software provider. It is not a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, bank or investment adviser, and it is not registered as any of those in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation.

Conflicts of interest

  • Loaf Labs and its employees hold $LOAF, subject to a 48-month vesting schedule
  • Employees may deposit into Loaf vaults on the same terms as any other user
  • Research is written by the same desk that sets vault mandates — we benefit if you agree with it
  • Curators stake $LOAF, so a rising token price raises the cost of their misconduct and the value of their stake

Data sources

Vault figures come from our own contracts and indexer. Market prices shown on this website come from the public CoinGecko API, refreshed every 60 seconds. The $LOAF ticker value is simulated because the token is not yet listed on any exchange.

Forward-looking statements

Roadmap items are targets, not commitments. Dates move, scope changes, and features are sometimes cut after review.
