Terms of service

Last updated 28 July 2026. These terms cover the Loaf website and interface. They do not change how the smart contracts behave.

1. What Loaf provides

Loaf Labs provides an interface to non-custodial smart contracts. We do not hold your assets, execute trades on your behalf as an agent, or provide investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not be subject to sanctions or resident in a prohibited territory. Some products are geo-restricted and the interface will tell you before you deposit.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You control your wallet and your keys. We cannot recover them
  • You are responsible for the tax treatment of your activity
  • You will not use the interface to launder funds or evade sanctions
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse engineer the service

4. No warranty

The interface is provided “as is”. Smart contracts can contain bugs even after audit. Network congestion, oracle failure or third-party protocol failure can cause loss.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loaf Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from your use of the interface.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page and in the product at least 14 days before they take effect.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Loaf Labs’ registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
